Knowledge is Power, when that knowledge is put into action. by having informed conversations with your medical care providers, you ensure that choices made and the right choice for you. In this third session, we will cover the twists and turns your birth journey might take. You will also learn what questions to ask your Medical Care provider to ensure you get the right answers on which to base your decisions about medical intervention, if it is suggested.

we bring it all together. The whole timeline of labour is explained. What happens to your body is it is getting ready to go into labour, how things unfold as labour progresses. What is the difference between early and active labour. Including how to cope at home and when to head into hospital. This session finishes off with a beautiful birth rehearsal mediation.
