I would love to change the title to NBAC, rather than VBAC. Your NEXT Birth after a previous Caesarean (NBAC) will be successful, no matter what you choose. Not “Successful VBAC” or “UN-Successful VBAC”. I hope you can already get a feel for my passion, by the words I choose. My passion is about women feeling Empowered by their Birthing experience, no matter how a baby comes into the world. A woman should feel supported in her choices after she has been given full and open information to make decisions for herself and her birth.
Due to popular demand, this course has gone on-line for 2023. There are 2 pre-viewing videos to watch prior to being sent to “Top 10 Tips” worksheet. These are both available to you after your booking has been received.
These cover the:
RANZCOG guidelines and statistics, in a way that is relevant and simple to understand. (11 minutes).
The Women’s Policy and Procedure. Relevant to those birthing in the hospital setting, so they are aware of what will be offered and suggested as part of routine care for labour and birth after a caesarean. (18 minutes)
This course is now run as an On-Line self paced learning package, followed by a 30 min 1:1 with Debra, via Zoom, at a mutually convenient time.
